Guided therapy - $50
These sessions involve a consultation, which includes your history and orthopedic testing to identify possible causes
I then show you how to use various tools (massage gun, foam roller, lacrosse balls/softballs) in order to get to the root of the problem or manage the pain
If manual therapy is warranted, $30 will be added to the session
Sessions can include PEMF therapy, with add-on fee of only $20, for those that may need their lymphatic system boosted
Massage gun therapy - $80
